On MT 287 are popular ghost towns that feature gift shops, museums, music halls, train rides and living history programs. Trail travelers can journey off the Trail and take US 287 from Three Forks or US 191 from Belgrade to connect with the West Yellowstone entrance to Yellowstone National Park.
