On I-84. Baker City is the home to the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center that offers the definitive Oregon Trail experience with life-size displays, living history demonstrations, films, live theater, and events. Visitors can also board a vintage steam train on the Sumpter Valley Railroad.
